*This includes up to 4 hours of service. There is no discount
for events under 4 hours. Overtime rates are negotiable.
We guarantee the most competitive rates in the Hudson Valley
area and will beat any reasonable quote by 10%. Prices vary due
to specifics of each event so call or email us for a customized
quote.

Price Variables
There are several factors that can make similar events vary in
price. For example: Set up in different rooms may require your
DJ to set up twice or bring extra equipment.
i.e. providing music for cocktail hour or a wedding ceremony in
a different room
· Accessibility: Some situations require more difficulty in
transporting equipment:
i.e. remote parking, flights of steps, elevators, outdoor
set-ups, cruise ships, etc.
· Large Venues that require more sound equipment.
Options
Additional Sound System Set-ups (for music required in more than
1 room; several options available)
Lighting: Several options available (A basic lightshow is
included at every indoor, night-time event at no extra charge)
Fog / Bubble / Snow Machine

Giveaways: Hawaiian Leis included at no charge
Travel Rates
Due to increased fuel costs, we may require an adjustment
appropriate to the location.
Overtime Rates
We are very lenient about overtime and will include an extra
half-hour or so at no charge unless specified.
Rate beyond that is usually $100 per hour.
Payments
· Initial Deposit: $100 to reserve date.
· Remaining balance may be paid in full or in increments up
until one week (7 days) prior to event.
· Payments may be made in cash, personal / cashier’s check or
money order.
· There is NO sales tax on DJ services.
· Gratuities are always optional, but appreciated for a job well
done.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, we kindly forgive any payments not
already due.
